With Done workouts we stripped away all the stuff you really dont need or care about when youre in the gym. We tested the app with ruthless focus on simplicity and a clarity that allowed the naturally most important aspects of the app, to surface and stand out effortlessly.
The app tells you what the current workout is, and whats the load. Thats it! Then we make incredibly easy to change our suggested load because even the best AI cant predict how strong youll feel on any given day.
And if you dont like the suggested exercise altogether, thats easy to fix as well — with our dedicated Swap button that shows you equivalent exercises so that you still keep on track with your progress, but dont have to do stuff you dont want to.
In the end, the focus turns to what you achieved, in our Summary view. Well show you total Volume which represent every single kilo youve pushed or pulled as well as completion percentage which compares that volume with what was actually suggested for that session. This way its easy for you to understand how youre progressing.
And then our home screen stacks you up against every other Done athlete, on a cycle by cycle basis so that no one is left to rest on their laurels and has to put in the work every single session. Or, if youre not keen on completion, disable this ranking in the settings and enjoy your workouts with no pressure.
New workouts come out monthly and you can choose to keep doing your current one, or upgrade to the new one, all completely free. Always.
